I would think though that it isn't Bubbles' AI drive that needs to be hacked, but the Corpse Witch's. Normally I think there would be ethical considerations, but once you have decided someone is a viable railgun target, I suspect those aren't as strongly guiding.... particularly if you are Station wanting to do something nice for Hanners...
