I think that whenever this happened, corpsewitch was probably pretty nervous. The more she added the higher the risk that she would mess up altogether or do something detectable that would incur Bubbles' wrath. Corpsewitch seems to like playing the simple game: put pressure on the cop's boss. Tit for tat is good business, and Bubbles was good business.

I dunno, decrypt her memories, then dump her AI into a firewalled system that restricts outbound traffic? Something like solitary confinement in Robot Jail, I suppose?

AIs creating AIs that are smarter than themselves, and smarter by definition than the humans who created them. It's a crapshoot at this point. We have to assume that CP is more intelligent than even Doctor E-C. Now perhaps one of his creations - or grand-creations - who knows?
