As you may know now, the next collection I'm working on will be a collaboration with the sweetest builder I know since I'm on Instagram: KateSimblr!
We fell in love with the Dark Academia aesthetic so we decided to work together on a dormitory lot in Britechester ๐

The Chesterfield isn't finished yet as I'm not happy with the other swatches I made. Every colours suggestion are welcomed ๐
