Breast Study

In retrospect maybe choosing more variety would have been a better idea and would have kept it more engaging, looking at it now I see there's only 1 that's a more unique angle, the rest are kind of all the same direction? Oh well just going to need to remember that for next time!!
I think that it's good that there are some diverse nipples here, it was certainly challenging trying to paint some of them. I tried a different way of studying where I would try to choose the colours myself which was quite a struggle! It is hard looking for the specific colours when you don't know much about skin but or where to find some of them on the colour wheel.
A couple of times I had to give in and colour pick some, it felt like taking a test actually and having to read your notes when you forgot something...
All in all I think my renditions were always slightly less bright than the source material which is interesting and I'm not sure what to make of it except maybe I am afraid of making things too bright? Not sure about that one just yet.
Lastly, one of the main takeaways I had with this was the anatomy itself! This study definitely helped me learn how the breast tissue connects to the body in general (specifically to arms!) a detail that had eluded me! Hopefully from here on these new neuron connections will make future drawings even better.
