The hair and the clothing in first and third image are so called d-force items. A feature that makes hair and clothing look more natural (at the cost of additional time for simulation). π

If by βtestβ, you mean testosterone, I would say all three render significantly elevated test levels. OK, seriously, the last of three is beautiful and unusual. The first two are great, but the uniqueness of the third would be my favorite.
