Changing Billing method to 'Per Original comic page' from 'monthly'

- I'm changing billing method to 'per creation' instead of monthly.
-the 'per creation' I am talking about is 'per none sponsored original comics only', I am trying to create around one~two page per month. - I am ditching character voting, original psd,csp from reward
- There will be new $1 tier called 'Cookie'

the changes will be made during this month, paying cycle is currently on pause as well ( This month - September 1 billing cycle)

this is to fully focus on the comic making, I decided to ditch voting completely at less at the stage, it was fun and all but starting to sucking my energy for the voting process, and because simply I'd rather spend that time on drawing my comic, so It felt reasonable to narrow the scope little bit.
and I think getting paid per comic sounds more fair and help me stay motivated!
