１．サブスク2ヶ月以上加入している人。全プランが対象。
(have been subscribed for at least 2 months, all plans)
２．買切プラン
(no lower limit / immediate)
３．Half Years Pass
(no lower limit / immediate)
B. 不資格者 （Unqualified or unlicensed person ）
１．既にサブスクをキャンセルしている人。途中でキャンセルした人も含む
（Canceled Subscribers. Including those who canceled during the process.）
２．9月14日から出しているリクエストボードで願いが叶った人
（People whose wishes were granted on the request board that we have been putting out since September 14.）
３．購読2ヶ月未満。ただし買切プランとHalf Years Passは除く
（Less than 2 months subscription...BUT, Excluding 買切プラン and Half Years Pass.）
４．前回リクエスト願いが叶った後、良かったのか悪かったのかもコメントしてない人。単純に失礼ですからね。
（Who has not commented on whether it was good or bad after the last request was fulfilled. Simply rude. Especially China and English-speaking countries..）
C. 絶対のルール （Absolute rule）

※採用されるかは運。採用されなくても泣かない。
※召喚出来る出来ないがある。要望通らないのは素直にアキラメロン。
※前回や、複数案が採用された方は他の人に譲りましょう。
