Episode Two Release Woes: Progress Report

I'm starting to feel like the boy who cried wolf what with how many times I've said the next update is going to come out and then been unable to deliver in the past week or so. Granted, at present, we're only sitting at a delay of one week since the original release date, but it's still less than professional. This is most certainly going to be a one time 'growing pains' issue during this relatively early stage of the game's development where I'm still learning the ropes...next time, I'll be prepared.
The thing is, each time I've promised the release date (for those keeping track it was the 10th, then the 12th, then the 15th...) I have been absolutely convinced that I'd manage. I've been working basically nonstop, after all. The problem is, I just didn't have a good grasp on how long it would take. Programming/editing/bugfixing is a super meticulous process, but when I was making Episode One, I had all the time in the world to do it while taking it easy, so it felt easier than it actually is. This time, now that I've been programming with a release date in mind, it's become abundantly clear just how time consuming of a process it is.
So. That being said, I'm not gonna give an exact release date. I'll just say, it will be ready when it's ready, which is likely to be sometime in the next 3-4 days. Everyone has been super nice and understanding about these delays, which I'm extremely grateful for. Thanks for your support, and believe that I'll have the update out the nanosecond it's finished. :)

I'm not announcing the release date next time till programming is almost done lol. As for episode 2 part 2, I really am not sure yet. I'll have a better idea soon, but it's definitely going to be bigger than part 1, so it will take a while.

Just so long as this isn’t a habit or consistent practice with every update going forward haha. You’ve mentioned before you planned to have this update in two parts this update not withstanding, do you have a timeline for Part 2 in mind like around New Years time/Early next year etc or have you not thought of any concrete timeframe? After this part 1 was finished ?
