Conscript Tattoos (Review)

I guess you can call this a sorta directors cut of my previous work but tattoos like this are pretty fun, I did a couple similar ones back about two years ago for tarkov drawings. God it’s surprising that it’s been that long…

Anyways I’ve certainly improved since then. I think more confidence in lines and what not. After a certain point you tend to stick with a style but refine it very neatly as you continue to draw.

The Previous First version, this one got popular for obvious reasons (lol) but I really liked doing the tech parts of it. Was an interesting challenge blending the tattoos with the cybernetics without it being too crowded. Someone mentioned but I'm glad they noticed the little screw parts on in the collar bone holding the chest in place. Fun little detail.

For tattoos I tend to look up just a variety of prison tattoos with my own twists too. Lots of Orthodox Crosses never hurt on Soviet style body tats for example. Another thing about these sorta tattoos is to have fun with the ones you throw on. Each one has a little story or just is a joke in itself.

Another side note is that apparently this was supposed to be “БОГ” not “БОН” but going off a reference I had I’m nearly 100% it was spelt like that. Basically it’s similar to “God Save me” БОГ meaning God.
