If nothing else, Covid has giving lots of people a damn good excuse to take a chance on something new! Adult videos is a fun avenue I hope it works out, start building towards making movies, it’s never as far away as you think! Wish you the best!
PS: I’m sorry to hear about your keyboard hahah

Thanks so much for giving that film your time. It’s been heart warming to see so many people take a chance on a feature length film❤️

voraciously consuming all your videos. Started with your new animations and just watched "Pretend that you love me". I'm looking forward to the commentary!

I came here from the "How I animate my videos". I was so touched by your philosophy on Art and how it should be in everyone's hands. I lost my job to Covid and started making adult videos to get by, but I have dreams to make movies one day and you showing me how to do that just adds to my chances. Thank you so much.
P.s. you owe me a new keyboard because the "Tailing Missions from the NPC's Perspective" made me spit out my drink in laughter, hahah j/k... but for real it was fcking hilarious

I just watched "pretend that you love me." It hit me so hard that I'm here now. You deserve my cash money.

Just binge watched everything you have on YouTube. Thanks for the video showing us how you make you videos. You clearly put in a lot of time and effort into you content, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Don't stress yourself out to make us happy. I'll speak for the reasonable among us when I say we'd rather a few videos of pure gold then burn you out. Love you bud, keep making magic. ADVENTURE AWAITS! HUZZAH

Like Someone In Love is a very interesting movie, with probably two of the greatest first scenes I’ve ever seen. Recommendations are always welcome! Added it to my watchlist!

I'm very happy for you. Just like many others, I assume, I discovered you recently. And it's fantastic that all that hard work finally paid off! I hope you keep skyrocketing :)

so incredibly proud of and happy for you <3 you deserve this and more. I hope your feature films catch the same wave your channel has. You're a beautiful baby boy.

Yeah like a week ago I found out about your channel. Loved what I saw, so I was digging through the backlog and enjoying that as well. Saw a few comments that were like "Why's this guy not blowing up he's great?" and I'm like ah dang those must be some old comments.
I didn't realize those comments weren't from that long ago, so I'm really great to hear about your success you deserve it. Also pets getting out is always one of the most stressful things because it's not like they're telling you where there going. Really glad you found your cat.
Lukas but also known as Foxmosis how long can the name be

I suppose it's a balance you want to get right, since not everyone may feel like myself, but I just want to say: don't feel too much pressure to perform for your Patreons. We start supporting you because we liked what you were doing before - we're not here to pay you to do more for us. The aim is to allow you to keep doing what you were doing and to stay creative without having to worry too much about paying the bills, not to change the content.

Now I really want to see Like Someone In Love, I can't believe I never heard of it before. Oh and if you don't mind me recommending something back- this is a French film I watched recently that I absolutely fell in love with. It's quite a slow, calm type of film that absorbs you into its word, L'Enfance Nue - Maurice Pialat.

Good stuff Joel! Good stuff! Wish there was a way we could collaborate but alas.. Different continents. Maybe in the future :D But I'm glad I'm able to support you and your creative endeavours through Patreon. Keep up the great work! Can't wait to see what you do next and looking forward to your next feature <3

So can we expect the next ramble to be an in-depth breakdown of We Can be Heroes?

Thanks for the lovely words! I’ve always wanted to be honest and earnest first and foremost, what you see on the channel is me no bullshit and I’m so glad to see people connecting with that aspect of it.
Stoked to hear you and your friend are gonna animate! When you do send me what you make, would love to see it. Wish ya the best <3

The gadgets are all so great and Spy Kids 2 has the best of the bunch! Spy Kids 2 reigns supreme!!!
Don’t worry, I won’t burn myself out! I’m never gonna force a film, just make what I want at the pace I’m inspired to do it in. <3

That’s such a good one, Jack really just turns on his character and can monologue forever. It’s crazy impressive. That one in particular had so much footage, must’ve been nearly two hours because of all his, Avery and I’s breaks. We had the giggles big time throughout.
Thank you for the support! No worries to you or anyone if you can just do a month or two, it’s appreciated all the same <3

Kaleb! I’m so happy to have brought you and your family some joy. The growth is a little bit of everything, anxiety included but a good anxiety, the kind that’ll fuel the creative flame that’s already been burning for years!
I’m very happy to be reunited with my baby as well. Poor baby was outside in a storm all night :( Two baths later and he’s still got car grease all over him but he’s back to his old lovable self <3

Gosh, I'm delighted to see more and more people finding your work, being thrilled by its humor, lifted by its encouragement, and touched by its candor. And how sweet to be able to share in that delight with this lovely community of supporters. Your generous heart and your honest, persistent creative output were always your greatest successes, so it isn’t too surprising to me that once you were made known through the algorithm, you were immediately recognized.
Thank you for the updates and for sharing that stunning view. I’m relieved that you found your cat, and I hope you get some good rest tonight. My best friend and I are excited to play with animation for the first time, so we're super looking forward to your next video when the time is right.

Hi! Just wanted to say I love the stuff you’re putting out and I don’t care about the pace at which it comes, so I hope you don’t get too burnt out! (And also no need to respond to this haha) Thanks for making some great films, short and long. Also, as someone who watched all 3 Spy Kids movies a lot as a kid and rewatched them and logged them recently on Letterboxd, I also think the first two hold up pretty well as some ridiculous kid action movies. And I always thought the gadgets were so cool!

You’re like the first YouTuber I’ve ever been subscribed to that I’ve seen go from like 4,000 subs to 500k. Got-dang, man! Can’t wait to see what’s next!

It's funny to hear Jack is reserved vs when he's on camera. That man is a genius lol. My favourite short so far that he's in is "Last Night, at the Party", it cracks me up every time.
So happy to be able to support you/your work even if it's only a little bit! Sendin' love right back at ya

Such a great end to the week - as a relative newcomer to your content, nothing makes me happier than to support such a fantastic artist! Watching you blow up was immensely gratifying, I can't imagine the shock and delight (and maybe anxiety) you must be feeling. All that work finally paying off must be a beautiful feeling.
Thank you for what you've produced - it's brought me and my family an immense amount of joy. It has genuinely made our time spent in lockdown much happier, and we quote your jokes often.
Also as a fellow owner of an indoor cat, who I love very deeply like a child, I'm very glad you were reunited with your baby <3
