Hey Patrons!
Above is the most recent film, just passing through! A friend I made through YouTube came to visit me in NYC this weekend and we collab'd on some films! Another one launches on my channel today!
We also made one for his channel which you can check out here - https://youtu.be/babV2USqwbI
Furthermore, here are six other films I made since the last post!
an important business meeting in the 1950s - https://youtu.be/jEpd5o0kUgQ
The three actors in this are all in a band called Uncle Skunk, keep your eyes out for their new EP! I've worked with Otis and Henry before, but this was Kevin's first acting role and he killed it with his Jimmy Stewart voice.
when the villain gets thrown before they have a chance to monologue -https://youtu.be/Lh1Z6dKRsQA
Yet another one I made with my friend Mason. Every time he's in a film he plays an entirely different character and every time he kills it. He's an amazing actor!
Real Estate - https://youtu.be/u-C9aDM57CQ
I went to my cousin's wedding for a week and my uncle rented out a massive AirBnB for everyone. I had to use it for a film and that film became the surreal Real Estate.
How my family entertains themselves at 2am - https://youtu.be/_nSig_KjLY8
Another film from the wedding week, a documentation of my family making themselves laugh at 2am after the wedding and some booze. This one cracks me up, I love my family.
Creen Corn - https://youtu.be/wgx_PNUmblk
I got the mental image of an incoherent man advertising corn, then I made it.
Moonlight Medallion - Wrong Side of the Bridge [Official Video] - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v728uQxVxys
Kevin did such a good job in the 1950s business meeting that I reached out to make something else. We wound up making this 80s inspired ballad with entirely improvised lyrics, we don't even know what we say at some parts.
Also, there are two new videos on my Secret YouTube Channel, Ethan Price Reiley!
Nothing Else Mattered - https://youtu.be/4INs_Gex1H0
someone - https://youtu.be/ojR2Pmy3a3Q
This has turned into a channel where I try to create without thinking of an audience. It's therapeutic to just do things I'm compelled to do without thinking too much about how it'll be received.
On top of all of this, work continues on my next feature film! I have some very exciting plans for it and I can't wait for it to all come together so you can see it. Patrons will continue to get early access to my features!
I aim to be the hardest working person on the platform and with your continued support that becomes more possible! Thank you so much!
Love, Joel Haver
