"Oh. My. Bridgerton. This is my actual dream!", Ruby, "Rogue"
This was probably my least favorite of this current series so far.
There are some good bits - like the relationship between the Doctor and Rogue - and the dance choreography - but overall the story felt like fans of the "Bridgerton" TV series decided to write a fan-fic crossover with "Doctor Who" with added fan-fun cosplay. That hit me early on - and it just kept piling on.
"1813, Bath, England", Caption, "Rogue"
Bath is a city in England - named because of the large Roman baths built (around 70 CE) for the hot springs in the area. You can stiil visit them.

"Psychic earrings. ... Tap twice to choose your moves. ... Just don't set them to battle mode.", The Doctor, "Rogue"
Cute - and what seems like a throwaway joke comes back to save Ruby later.
"Well, a young lady needs suitors, not friends.", Duchess of Pemberton, "Rogue"
As Stephen mentioned, we've seen the actress playing the Duchess in the Whoniverse - she played Suzie Costello in the Torchwood episodes "Everything Changes" (where she kills herself) and "They Keep Killing Suzie" (where Jack kills her again - well, Tosh shot the resurrection gauntlet which finally did it).
"Yeah? Well, my gadget can do more things than your gadget.", "You're not scaring me. The ship would've registered that as a dangerous device. Instead, it says ... screwdriver.", The Doctor and Rogue, "Rogue"
Yes - big Captain Jack vibes here - and he has an invisible ship too. Even this discussion of the sonic is reminiscent of the discussion in "The Doctor Dances"
"Ah ha. Did you get your name from Dungeons and Dragons?", The Doctor, "Rogue"
This entire script seems to have been packed with things that a fan writer would include in a fan fiction story.
"Rogue, I’m telling you, you’ve got the wrong man.", The Doctor, "Rogue"
Seeing the faces of the previous Doctors is always fun - that's a fan-oriented inclusion that I like. Interestingly, it shows a very obscure Doctor - who appeared in a single BBC animated story (pre New Who). That Doctor was played by Richard E Grant who later played the Great Intelligence in New Who. Richard attended a specially organized photoshoot so his image could be included in this episode.
"Come with me, and you'll be, in a world of pure imagination.", The Doctor, "Rogue"
The Doctor is singing "Pure Imagination" written for the 1971 film "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" - I'm not sure why.
"Emily, 1813. The Duchess, a shapeshifting Chuldur. Okay?", "I know the word 'okay'.", The Doctor and Emily Beckett, "Rogue"
It's really sweet that she's learning Ruby's slang - until we find out that Emily actually is a shapeshifting Chuldur. It was much cuter when we thought she was just a 19th century woman.
"Run!", "I'm normally the one that says that.", Rogue and the Doctor, "Rogue"

Rogue himself is brilliant; there are some great individual moments (seeing all the Doctors is always fun - especially if there are more faces than expected!); and Gatwa and Gibson are great entertainment value. Nevertheless, the ostensible main plot with the shape changers is a very flimsy thing. Difficult for me to go any higher with the score than imdb.
