The rules are simple- you can vote for as many of the girls that you like, and the top four will go on to have art made of them in cosplay to be released to the public Halloween night. Nekochan will break ties as usual. This year we're doing something different in that Hilent will be providing art instead of Nekochan due to Nekochan's need to focus down on the last character designs.
