Arcadia has been placed mother to a species I'm making called Rhista!
Although generic as four armed gem dragons, I'm quite happy to flesh out her world more and potentially have others share in it!
Arcadia became weary of her travels and settled on an island coasted by three large continents enriched by large deposits of assorted minerals. As she rested on this island, she unknowingly became overcome by the planet's lush greens around her, soaking into her being, nurturing a small magical aura.
Eons later, waking from her long slumber, Arcadia found that Taliam had grown into the physical wounds left by her wakes, filling in with new ecosystems brimming with life. Though interested in the new flourishing world around her, she knew her current state would only take away from it's beauty and decided to stay on her island. With her loneliness watching from her stead she wished for some sort of company, any, maybe one of her own making similar to how she carved the planet.
Moved by her urge for companionship, Arcadia would use the minerals around her to create figures in her image at first. Some damaged, cracked, barely lucid, and would eventually fall back to the ground unable to sustain life. Others, though, would be more refined and easier to handle. Of these first few successes came Obsidian, a delicate Rhista that grew a foul manner because of her fragility.
