Just install it and start a new game, you'll begin in the area for the "Blow Job" quest. You don't even need an old save file.
The basic puzzle here is using the shrines to divert the direction of the wind, and jump around by examining the edges of the platforms. Make sure to grab the chest at the very beginning so you can make offerings at the shrines!
All that we need you to do is play around, jump all over the place using the shrines, and report back with any issues or bugs you happen to encounter.
There are currently no enemies in the dungeon so a new game will not have any risk of game-overs.
Oh, and by the way... as a countermeasure against leaks, this version does not contain any image files for sex scenes, so don't do anything that would start a sex scene or you'll crash the game.
