Today has turned out to be somewhat of a dark day for indy hentai game developers....
I've been made aware of the pages being taken down for review by Patreon. Please, do not panic.
As of yet, the Bad Kitty Games Patreon has not been made subject to review and there is no reason to believe that it will come under review.
Unfortunately, Patreon's terms of service have changed, and as it stands Harem Collector may be in violation of those changes. While we will continue to run the Bad Kitty Games Patreon campaign as long as they allow us, but we may have to change our crowdfunding platform.
As I have had a cordial relationship with Patreon's client services team in the past, I have no reason to believe that we will come under review, but unless Patreon returns to it's more liberal policy regarding adult games, changes may have to be made. Honestly we got too many people doing thing they don't want to please people they don't like who don't care about them anyway. At this rate I start to think that Nazi actually win WWII and is governing the world in secret. I don't mind moving to different site or different mean to support the creator I like, I will pull my plug from anyone who submit to censorship and change their content. And good luck, I hope you will be able to overcome this censorship.

2017-10-19 06:41:35 +0000 UTCThank you for the vote of confidence! Sometime last year, Patreon actually switched from a relatively normal erotic content policy to a fairly liberal and permissive one. This sudden step back has come at a surprise, but we think we know what is happening and why, and given that projects are being reinstated after a few changes it seems that the wording of the erotica policies and how Patreon intends to police them are two different things. You can see my reply to Ronni above for a few more details, and there will be a blog post coming in a few more days once we have more concerete information.

There has been some clarification to us privately on what exactly is going on, and while there is a lot of speculation at this time, we have a pretty good theory of what precisely is happening and why. I don't think it would be wise to be more specific on this site, but expect more details in a blog post in the next few days. Suffice it to say for now we're going with a policy of referring to Meline only by name and not referring to her specific circumstances.

I have read every bit of legal I could find on the patreon website and could not find anything that would cause the removal of bad kitty posts to my understanding. What is this new change to terms and what is it causing to be removed?
