That depends. I'm working on the island vacation content atm, next up is an addition to the Save the Elves questline. I think in April we'll run another "What quest should come next" poll and base the next few months of dev on it, so if you want to see Evanie sooner, make sure to vote for the Kellos Invasion plotline.
