Wolf
This is infuriating as hell.
People all across the internet are talking about how Eris apparently likes me, but I seriously have to question that considering how much of a troll this floor theme is.
Either that or I just really don’t want to see what her disliking someone looks like.
I feel more than a little bit irritated as I try to get through the six hundred and ninety-seventh floor. Again. For the umpteenth time.
At this point I’m so bored of dealing with the floor that I’m watching the Administrator Dungeon livestream while trying to clear the floor. Since the System changed its rules at some point to allow people from the Beta Dungeon to watch the Administrator Dungeon livestream, and for people from the Administrator Dungeon to watch the Beta Dungeon livestream.
Simply because there’s no reason not to let them watch. After all, we’re in different dungeons. So it’s not giving away any locations or spoilers.
More importantly, it makes for a good pass-time. Something to burn time when I’m bored.
Like now.
Very much like now.
Also, the monster fights on Crystal’s livestream are rather entertaining to watch. Just sitting back and seeing two monsters fight each other.
Although it’s not something I would ever bother doing. Since the only enemies I’d ever have to do that for would be Progenitor level enemies.
And it wouldn’t exactly work. Not in the dungeon.
There is only one Progenitor clone on each Centurion Floor, after all. So there wouldn’t be more than one to pit against each other.
I quietly watch the battle between the two monsters while slaughtering the monsters all around me. Repeatedly being reset back to the start of the floor over and over again as I do so.
Eventually the monster fight on Crystal’s livestream comes to an end though, with Crystal rushing forward to finish them both off before they can finish each other. Quickly stealing the EXP and credit in the end.
So I close out of her livestream with a yawn and continue trying to clear this stupid floor. Which takes another several days before I finally arrive at the six hundred and ninety-eighth floor.
Then I take a bit of a break. Because this floor theme is exhausting as hell.
But since I can’t really rest in my Expanded System Store thanks to the annoying chaos energy that has grown so dense in the floor that it’s mutating everything and even starting to mutate my lunar winter beasts, I use the special feature introduced to the Beta Dungeon to enter Fenrir’s special realm. Where I train my Domain and my usage of my Domain with Fenrir’s help for a little while.
Of course, I can’t stay here for too long, so after a couple hours, I go back to the dungeon again. Then I continue my break by accepting an interview request and heading to Arcadian Live.
And the moment I appear in the viewing room, I hear loud cheers echoing throughout the little realm created by the System.
I look around the viewing room from my place floating high up in the air next to a large screen and Mikaela, the host of Arcadian Live and the man who has followed my activities in the dungeons most closely out of the viewing room hosts. Not to mention most publicly considering how popular his viewing room is.
“Now let us welcome the Progenitor of Lunar Ice and the Blue Moon, Wolf!” Mikaela exclaims, his voice echoing across the viewing room as numerous screens appear all over the place. With each one showing various different battles I’ve participated in across both the Beta and Administrator Dungeons over the years. “The Winter Wolf has been an integral part of the dungeons ever since this current round of the Administrator Dungeon first opened! And as a Progenitor, he will forever be an important part of the multiverse! So give him a warm welcome!”
The applause and cheers echoing throughout the viewing room grows so loud that it’s deafening. Or would be if the System didn’t protect me.
What’s even more intense is just how many people I see waving banners with things representing me on them. Whether they’re banners showing my human face, banners showing my hunter form’s face, or banners showing my wolf form’s head and other symbols representing me.
There are also banners with my various names and titles, people waving little fans with my face on them, and even some people with masks of my face.
It’s rather weird to see in person.
Although not quite as weird as seeing the people who are literally holding figurines of me in their hands. Which looks very disturbing.
I really need to talk to Katie about her act of spreading all this embarrassing merchandise around the universe.
Then again, that didn’t really do much the last time I talked to her about it.
She just laughed in my face due to how embarrassed I was.
Unfortunately, I can’t really hide much from her. Just like she can’t hide much from me.
I let out a sigh at that before waving my hand at the audience, making them all grow even more excited.
It’s so weird to see how popular I’ve become considering all I’ve been doing is fighting to survive. And it’ll probably be even weirder after I get out of the dungeon and have to deal with people in person.
Because I’m sure there will be a lot of people following me around. Not even including those people who are literally worshiping me.
Speaking of those worshipers…
I glance at the audience.
The ones worshiping me are rather obvious judging by the fanatical looks in their eyes.
It sends a chill down my spine to see.
“Now, let’s begin with the first question!” Mikaela exclaims with a clap before turning to me. “This is a question everyone has been wanting to hear for a long time now! What was your first thought upon first entering the Administrator Dungeon?”
