Amazing flexibility Rhyanna. Glad my splits do not necessarily have to be 180, because they are more like 110. But I have only been at it for about a year or two. Loved your flow here, seeing your hip flexor being activated and excellent explanation for how to safely try to extend your splits. Will have to find Part 1 of this to reacquaint myself with it.
