2024-05-17 04:48:58 +0000 UTCI LOVED this movie 😂😂 it was so much fun, it was really the only one in the Monsterverse where I've cared about the human storyline, and it was sooooo pretty in theaters 😍😍 I do think these Godzilla/Kong movies have a habit of heavily favoring Kong's storyline over Godzilla's, but like I get it, he's an ape, closer to human and therefore easier to write relatably than Godzilla. But goddamn do I want more of my big lizard puppy and his Moth Queen 😂😂😅💕💕 FUN THING!!!!! Did you know that the guy that plays Trapper in this ALSO plays 'Frank' in Abigail!?!?!? We watched Abigail after GxK and when I found that out I was FLOORED, like he is a PHENOMENAL actor for pulling off two DRAMATICALLY different character types in such a short time frame of each other, full kudos!!! Loved yalls reaction, I recorded some of my favorite parts to send to my husband while he's at work tonight 🤣🥰 I can't remember if yall posted saying you were doing this, but it was such a pleasant surprise for me to get a notification for haha. You two always make my night 🥰🥰💜
