I agree with you about Jobs story. It´s so close to the bible one indeed. I´m curious who they paid royalties to :D :D

The interesting thing for me is that the story of Job is mostly just as it is told in the Bible. God tells Satan that he can take away everything from Job, including his health, his wealth, his livestock and then his children. Just to test if he will still love God. It really does read like they had a bet. And when Job cracks and asks for an explanation, God basically says "who are you to question me? Did you create all this? Were you there when I did this? when I made that? etc etc. It's one of the older books of the Bible's Old Testament and the theology is a bit different to the later ones. There's nothing in it about Crowley and his trickery of course.

Few fun facts about this episode! Job is actually played by the Actor who played the 5th Doctor in Classic Doctor Who! Who also happens to be Davids father in law.
As well as that, the eldest son of Job's, is played by Ty Tennant, who is Davids son.
I swear none of these episodes are a miss, I absolutely love how they captured Crowley and Aziraphales relationship throughout the years.
