Currently I've had family with me since June18th and truthfully I am exhausted beyond exhausted. I'm still dealing with the constant health issues but with persistance I've found out that my testosterone levels are severely low and I start hormone replacement therapy next week. Yeeee! Hopefully with that, my thyroid med, and GLP med I can finally get back to my happy health self. It's been YEARS and many of you have been on this ride with me from the beginning so you know how happy I am to slowly start feeling better.

Luckily I prepped for this and pre recorded a LOT of videos before it all happened so you can get your videos on time <3

My mom leaves next week and then I plan on sleeping for three days straight hahah!

**Soap Box Moment: PLEASE ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF!!! It took two years, five doctors in three countries with countless " you're just getting old" or "you need to eat less and move more" dismissal after dismissal, until I finally got one doctor to do ONE of the correct tests that gave me an idea of what's wrong. I then continued my OWN research, joined chat groups and tracked down other people going through similar things,. The whole time I had Hashimotos auto immune disease and hypothyroidism. Now I find out that my testosterone is super low. This has been an ongoing journey for over three years and I'm still learning things. But what's most important is that I DIDN'T LET THEM DISMISS ME.
