The game DOES USE/APPLY Xbox , Playstation and PC HDR Calibration app settings.
The game has a very good HDR implementations as it correctly applies system-level HDR calibration and looks very good with no black level raise or any other problem.
Additionally it also provides in-game brightness, contrast and performance controls.
Leave Brightness and Contrast sliders to their Default, middle position as they already represent a balanced PQ.
BONUS:
If you have a VRR display: use the "Uncapped" FPS option coupled with "Quality" graphics Mode
If you don't have a VRR display: use the "60" FPS option coupled with the "Quality" graphics Mode
