With patch 1.10.980, Bethesda finally updated Fallout 4 and all its DLCs with the long awaited "Next-Gen Upgrade"...but the reality was much more disappointing than expectations.
Except higher framerate on the current-gen consoles and a slightly FPS bump on the PC version, literally nothing else was actually "upgraded" like most people where hoping for.
Some things actually got worse, like AutoHDR support now completely dropped both on consoles and PC...
So, following the stellar hype that the Fallout TV Show left on me, I ended up like:

After many hours of research and testing, I'm glad to announce my:
Ready to Install Collection of very carefully selected and correctly ordered Mods to truly upgrade the Fallout 4 experience + All DLCs to a real "Next-Gen" status
Graphics Upgrades including: Re-done Global Illumination and Reflections both for outdoors and indoors, 4K Textures and Blood, Enriched vegetation and Forests, New Dynamic Weather system, More realistic water/fog/volumetrics, Improved NPC and Enemies/Creatures faces/details and models and many other details. All without ruining or distancing too much from the original tone and style of Vanilla while getting closer to Fallout TV Shows style
Audio Upgrades including: Ambient & Reverb overhaul (e.g. new natural background sounds, gun shots reverb outdoor), more realistic and immersive sound
Gameplay Upgrades including: improved HUDs, immersive Inventory/Menus through Pip-Boy, Lowered weapons when not in use, Tactical Reload, QoL additions (e.g. Wait everywhere) and more
Additional Bugfixes and Optimizations: thanks to the community Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch, which will also remove stutters and smooth out performance over Vanilla.

Requirements
Fallout 4 G.O.T.Y. Edition and/or ALL DLCs installed (via Steam or GOG. MS Store / Xbox Game Pass version may NOT work fully/properly)
Game version 1.10.980 or newer
NO OTHER MODS INSTALLED: the game must be Clean/Stock before proceeding
Launch the game at least once BEFORE installing the mods (to generate .ini files for the first time)
Use the game launcher to set all graphics settings to Ultra/Max Settings (except the "Debris" setting to be set to Off to avoid crashes on NVIDIA cards). If you have performance problems or low FPS, try lowering your resolution a bit
A NexusMods valid account
Vortex Mod Manager installed
(Optional but Recommended) LOOT installed (for better organize Mods launch order)
Best practices
Considering the big size of the whole Collection, I recommend to subscribe to NexusMods Premium Account (even for only 1 month) to remove download bandwidth limitations and install everything much faster with 1 click
If you want to stay with a Free Account, you must manually click on "Download" for each mod to be added in Vortex and then leave your PC/Vortex downloading/installing at a much slower pace overnight
These mods will disable Achievements. If you want to try to restore them, have a look at Achievements Mods Enabler
If you have an NVIDIA RTX GPU (2000 Series and newer) and using an HDR display, I highly recommend enabling RTX HDR
Let me know what you think of it.
Personally, I'm (literally) having a blast.
Enjoy! :)
