Well, it’s more of a breakdown of my workflow 😅
I’m not very good at explaining myself but I hope this is helpful for those who have been asking about how I draw!
If this is helpful, I might make a supplementary guide about what different digital art terms like “add” “multiply” etc. all mean.

32gb RAM sounds like plenty by the way, way more than mine, I don’t think its a hardware issue, maybe the software isn’t using all the ram available or something? I’m not too great with computers unfortunately 😅

2022-09-19 23:01:59 +0000 UTCthe resolution i work are around 2500x3800 (roughly) I can’t think of many situations where you would need higher than 4k. There are quite a lot of other factors that might be affecting performance, like which software you are using, number of layers, type and size of brush, etc. I’d say resolution doesn’t matter much, if you’re uploading to social media, things get compressed down anyway. I’d recommend just using whichever scale is comfortable for you and your computer.

2022-09-19 22:58:10 +0000 UTCExcellent! Learned a lot. A question though, what resolution do you work in while you illustrate? I'm afraid I've been using extreme resolutions, so after a while, even with a good PC (32GB RAM), it becomes too slow.
