The black and white clips are from the Truth or Dare documentary movie (also known as In Bed With Madonna, which was its title upon release in the UK and some European countries) that John Garity mentions above. It’s hilarious at times and really moving at others - it captures Madonna at the absolute peak of her global fame and all the madness that entails.

From Madonna almost being arrested for masturbating on stage in Toronto, to her father's reaction to the sexualization of the entire show, to the fights among the dancers, it is truly THE ultimate Rock n Roll concert documentary.
