Thank you so much for your patience and support. This month’s CC is underwear! (And it’s my favorite thing 👀)

I really gave this one my all and put in as much effort as I possibly could, and it ended up taking more time than I ever expected. The designing part didn’t take long, but meshing, texturing, stain overlay, and experimenting with a new translucent map took quite a while. I don’t know if you can tell from the screenshots, but this translucent map is my latest experiment. My previous translucent map was SP2X, which already used a new method to create realistic translucency and gave a really nice wet look (at least in my opinion, hehe). This time, I still used Blender’s Dynamic Paint to bake a proximity map and get depth data from the fabric to the skin, but from there, I worked on it further in Substance Painter, manually painting details on the baked texture.

SP2X’s 4-level translucent map works with simple opacity values (20–100%) change, but with BRSB it’s a completely new approach, each level has its own depth data to accurately show how close the fabric is to the skin. When fabric absorbs moisture, it gets darker as it also absorbs more light, so I also create 4 individual wet area map as well. I really love how it looks! Even though The Sims 4 compresses textures a lot, you can still see veins and little details that simple opacity changes just can’t replicate.

The stain overlay is also... I know I'm crazy about it and push it all the way. I imagine a sporty man who plays soccer wearing this underwear, and it gets dirty during the game. Then, the cum stain, idk something happened in the locker room, I guess. 👀

I also brought BTTB 7’s Core Slider V2 into BRSB! Now, the size adjustments of the penis also affect the bulge—you can twist, bend, and change the angle, which I think is pretty cool.
