BTTB 7 Base File + Core Slider V2 Prevent Game from Launching

Hi!

I recently received a report about Core Slider V2 preventing The Sims 4 from launching. I've tried my best to install any CC or mods that could potentially conflict with Core Slider, but I still can't reproduce the problem. I understand every player's game environment is different, so it might work for some players but not others.

If you are encountering the problem, in order to find its root, I would like to ask for a list of your Mods folder files for further diagnosis. Your information will be very helpful to improve BTTB 7 🙏

I have attached a .zip file which contains a script that will automatically list every file inside your Mods folder. This could let me examine the potential conflict.

How to Use The Script:

1. Download the script to your computer.

2. Run the script.

   • If you are on Windows, double-click "Run_Sims4_BTTB_Diagnostic.bat" to run the script file or run it from the Terminal using .ps1 if you are familiar with PowerShell script.

   • If you are on macOS, double-click "Sims4_BTTB_Diagnostic.app" to run the script.

(If the operating system asks for permission to run the file, please click "OK" or "Allow.")

1. The script will generate a list of files and folders in your Mods directory as .txt files in the same directory as the script, or it will ask you for a location to save the output file if you are on macOS.

2. Share the results: You can share the output with me by sending an email to bank42n@gmail.com with the output file attached. You can optionally describe what problem you are encountering if you wish.

I can ensure the script runs safely within its working scope as it only reads your Mods folder, and you can review the code by opening it with a text editor. You can find the source code in the "sourcecode" folder for macOS and the .ps1 script for Windows.

I'm sorry to hear how much inconvenience my mods caused, and I truly want to fix it so this can reflect positively on the future collection of BTTB 7 as well.
