The winner and loser (girl who is bound) will be decided after in another poll. For now, we're just deciding which combination is going to be the focus!
And if you're new to this, it's basically a back and forth series of images, usually with Sanae and (insert character here) tying one another up, with the finale ending with them both bound and gagged. Each step in the scenario tends to get lewder and heavier, with the finale sometimes being a bit extreme!
