2019-09-15 17:54:49 +0000 UTCI'm talking about the video that hasn't been posted* so there isnt a link for the video because the video technically dosen't exist yet because I'm still working on it and possibly will be refilming but when I do a sponsored video I let the viewers know in the beginning like I did with the crunchyroll video and the shaving video and I place a link at the bottom. I'm very open about it and it has helped my channel to continue on :)

It doesn't bother me, but your YouTube video should disclose that relationship (I couldn't find it if it's there, sorry if it is). Everyone that supports your channel would be happy to see that you are sponsored in some way, but if you don't disclose how successful you have been with regards to sponsorship, people may find it problematic and feel they have been manipulated. A link to their website would be sufficient. Within the parameters of sponsorship you've described, pulling the glasses down as you do at: 54 seconds is helpful to build a relationship with your audience.

I have to wear glasses because of my video sponsor, so it either has to be the darker frames or the clear ones - I dont have much of a choice in the option. I guess my choice is either the darker frames or the clear ones

2019-09-14 07:07:10 +0000 UTCOverall, I'd say this is a good ASMR video, distractingly so as I type this (i.e., getting sleepy, lol). The audio and video quality is fantastic and the overall effect is spot on. However... #Artschoolcritique Within the context of your recent Twitch video about eyewear for the medical (eye?) exam, where you get into very subtle differences, I'd say that the eyewear here is problematic. It creates a distancing effect for me, like a celebrity surrounded by paparazzi. The video improves significantly when you aren't wearing white frames. And cold rain is the fucking worst. Second, "if that's your thing" at the beginning is distancing and reinforces the fact that you don't actually know who your viewer is. I think the video would be more successful if you described the object factually and simply implied that its characteristics were universally positive. Your positive assumptions are great, like in the CBD section. I've never used CBD, but it's 100% OK when you say it does "X". Hope this is helpful!
