this is a good one too! last time i experienced real life ASMR was twice last year. once where my woman coworker came up close to me to give me instructions and i felt tingles all over my head and i became sleepy and the 2nd time was on my flight back to London, this dude next to me waiting at the airport was tappin on his seat and he casually would look over at me and i started to get tingles and it was very intense! <3 it happens very randomly, since i haven't had any real life experiences, so i'll listen to ASMR on youtube for that now.
