Apple user fee changes

I don't know how many Patreon patrons know this, but Patreon creators choose who eats the added cost from the new Apple fee.
This means creators either make 30% less from each sub or make each sub cost 30% more through the iOS Patreon app, which means nobody gains anything out of either situation.
Anyway, I picked the "creator makes 30% less, patron pays the same amount" option; it'd be super-duper scummy if I charged people extra for what basically amounts to a tip jar.

Regardless, the fee only applies to people subbing THROUGH the iOS app, so I'd just recommend that if you're subbing to all kinds of creators on the platform, sub through the website, even the mobile website if you have to, NOT the official Patreon app on iOS, that way everyone wins, nobody's charged extra, nobody loses money (except Apple, haha.)
