Here is our second Caribbean Fusion Tutorial
If a lot of this seems like Review that's possibly because depending on your prior experience level for belly dance but may have done this and think of them as sharp isolation of pelvic circles (Tick Tock), Pelvic tilts/lifts (Juk/Jook) and pelvic drops/posterior lifts (cocktail it up). The variation would be in pelvic posture and leg posture /stance.

Also here are a few other dancers that I would love for you to check out if you are so inclined

Denisha, who goes by "Dance with D" and her instagram is @_inhalemee
Is an absolute Wining powerhouse. There is a good chance one of her viral videos has popped up on your fees at some point. She is Jamaican/ Trinidadian and her dancing reflects this with her pulling effortlessly from soca and dancehall to create her signature style and absolutely flawless waistline movements. She has been featured in countless music videos.
Here she is featured in Machel Montano's "Fast Wine""

One more for you to check out is Empress Cece, she is based in Brooklyn NY, but I am remember reading somewhere she is of Jamaican hermitage. She is another powerhouse who has made her mark with multiple music video and live performances with Dacehall musicians such as Charly Black.

So if you have watched all these Dancers you have seen that the waistline/Wine and the "backside"/butt really really dominant Caribbean dance when it comes to soca and dancehall Queen styles. I think its an incredible example how entire genres can be founded and built upon from just a few baseline movements, or should I say "waistline" movements lol *snort*
It's fine I will see myself out lol

Practice videos to follow.

Thank you for learning and dancing with me :)
