Ahhhh yes, it's time to get back to it. I am post partum but you don't need to be to do these videos, (obviously lol )

Post partum was a difficult time for me.
I was heavily impacted by the hormone "relaxin". I found myself with my pelvis out of alignment, and my body overall feeling unstable and weak. It's been a long road to getting back to feeling stable.

I am now happily at a point physically and mentally that I can focus on rebuilding my dance strength, stamina and technique. I would love for you to join me during this process.
