In this video we will go over how to cover the appliques bases in your chosen fabric. Once again it's very very similar to the technique I use for covering my belt bases but here is a video you can follow along with if you would like the guidance.
You will need:
Measuring tape
The chosen cover fabric
Your Applique Bases
Scissors
Marking tool (optional)
