For this part you will need:
Measuring tape
Scissors
The fabric/fabrics you have selected for your braids
Optional:
Pins and/or fabric marker/chalk for drawing straight lines ... I skip this step because of who I am as a person ...
Your favourite podcast, audio book, DVD, TV series, movie to have on while you do the braids so you periodically move your head around:)
