Making the Braided Fring Belt - Part 2: Making the Belt Base

Together we will determining sizing, making a template for the belt, and make the Belt base pieces.
You will need your:
Buckram
Felt (or whatever materials you have chosen for the base)
Measuring tape
Straight pins
Scissors
Pencil or fabric marker
Cautious optimism
If hand sewing - hand sewing needle and thread
If machine sewing
Universal size 80 or 90 needle
Thread
Optional:
Iron & Ironing Board
Paper for making a template (I used buckram)
