Alternatives to Turns

One of the beauties of dance is that we can adopt it to suit the needs of our individual bodies if we are so inclined. You are always welcome to substitute movements if one just physically does not work for you. In fact this is a great way to help foster your creativity and individuality.
One thing I failed to talk about in this video is that you can sit and listen to music and close your eyes and just focus on the sounds. What shapes do you associate with that sound? What movements? What patterns? How does it make you feel? Does that sound remind you of a feeling, or shape or colour?
