Hello and welcome back!
Something a little different this month, while so far we have focused mainly on drilling technique and stamina to improve it we are now going to take a look at improving and working on our mood in our dancing, our emotionality and our expression. Learning to convey a feeling is just as important as learning to do a clean omi, but it is perhaps a little bit more abstract to learn and improve on.
Key points talked about in this video:
*Learn and acknowledge what your face is doing while you are dancing.
*Film and then intently Watch tour practices. Be kind and be constructively critical.
*Develop and evolve our facial expression, mood and emotionality
*The concept of honesty in our dancing
*Continue to review and evaluate your progress.

Esmeralda Colabone dancing to Enta Omri. Esmeralda is a really great example to look to in terms of having a definitive emotional voice that is her own in her dancing. Next video chatting about it we will have another example. If there a dancing that inspires you in this area? Share in the comments and enjoy this lovely video and performance.
