Welcome to the Holiday Season and to Tutorial #12 lol .
In this Tutorial we will cover
* Review of Hip Lifts & Shimmy Basics
*Hip Twists Variarion with leg extended out to side
*Undulations/Belly Rolls Up (pelvis to chest).
Practice videos 22 and 23 will correspond to this Tutorial.
PV 22 will be with belly dance music
PV 23 will be with Christmas music... because I could not help myself lol.
