Welcome!
Do not panic you do not need to watch the whole 40 minute video. The first 10 to 15 is coherent follow through practice and you are welcome to just do that.

The remainder of the video is what came before and what I had to work through to get it coherent. Some days are "bad" days and some bad days are in fact rough patches in our life. It is easy for us to get distracted from our tasks at hand or feel like we are not absorbing it if we are preoccupied with other things (personal reasons, family concerns etc). Its totally normal and not glamorous but we all go through it (even the pros lol, especially the pros).
Through these times over th years I have learned that when I keep messing something up, if I own it and work hard to correct it I generally end up remembering it better going forward. So if you are are struggling with stringing it all together then I recommend watching the whole thing so we can struggle together and then going back to the beginning and trying g it again
