Thank you for choosing to learn with me and for giving yourself the chance to dance. Regardless of your personal dance goals, we all benefit from movement and expression. It feels good to move.
I will make another New Warm up Video next week.

PS If you are not comfortable jumping for the jumping jacks just move your legs out one at a time (alternating with the arms going up and down) or just move the arms.
Remember to breath and just let loose and move!
