Welcome back "Boo-tiful" dancers (see what I did there π) ! Because I am not done being ridiculous and promoting Shenanigans, we have one more drill here to some songs typically heard around Halloween, but that we may not instinctively use for practice.
Well actually, I would wager that at least once at some point in our lives we have all danced to Thriller and loved every moment of it lol.
When we practice we have an opportunity to "stretch" our ears and musicality and practice to something different. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. That's why we practice:) Sometimes practicing to genres we would not normally dance to or that we would not perform to can help refresh our ear for the beautiful middle eastern music's that we do get to dance and perform to.
Also so you know what to expect after this, we will be starting a Choreography next month due to popular request. Anyone want to guess what it will be? Baladi? Mejance? Drum solo? Pop song?
Stayed tuned to find out:)
I hope you have fun with this practice session and don't take it too seriously. :)
Thank you so much for practicing and dancing with me!
