2025-09-17 00:50:18 +0000 UTCBut yeah, you’d be surprised how much drama and petty childish behavior comes from many healthcare workers. I’ve dealt with atleast two who apparently many other workers has stated they had horrible problems with them as well. One was a traveler tech who stayed trying to get everyone in trouble. It got so bad that our supervisors purposely scheduled them to work alone and away from everyone else until their contract was up. The other one has had many employees in their own dept that have gotten into conflicts with them because of their rude, nasty, manipulative and accusatory behavior that they used to try and get people fired off defaming people’s character if they didn’t get their way.

2025-09-17 00:45:00 +0000 UTCYou know what’s crazy when it comes to the healthcare field is that some healthcare facilities are tricky to deal with when it comes to violence amongst employees. Where i work, in the dept i work in we had two clergy employees (clergy are the receptionists/clerks at the front desk in hospitals/drs offices/clinics), that were at each other’s throats figuratively and almost literally. Mind you the two employees was a woman in her late 30’s and a man in his late 50’s. The woman would bully the man because he was a bit delicate and docile in the way he would initially react to things but would eventually report it to our supervisors in our dept. One time a patient and two nurses from a different floor witnessed the two having a screaming match with alot of inflammatory language. Then at one point another clergy member witnessed the two arguing to a point of the woman shoving the male employee into his desk by aggressively pushing the back of his chair he was sitting in into his desk. So finally when our supervisors brought them both into the office, they both were yet again having a screaming match. The woman even threatened his life in front of everyone. And guess what? The woman didn’t get fired or wrote up. She just got a verbal warning. And she continued to work there another 2yrs. It was wild.
