Something Spooky for the Season

Starting on Halloween, Senior Directors will get a special spooky edition of The Gilded Ladder... consider it a short story, with all your favorite characters in themed outfits. It has been a fun little project. The senior directors will get it first, followed by directors the next week, with managers after that. I was thinking that I will add to this short story every Halloween as a fun project.
Just something to show my appreciation to the subscribers, you all rule!
