The eWardrobe 0.4.65

The current file is V 0.4.65(r).

Warning: V 0.4.65 deals with the immediate aftermath of the events of 0.4.5 and some players may find the implications of violence or non-consensual sex to be upsetting.

There are two files: one zip file that includes images. The other is the html file for players who prefer to use a mobile browser.

Remember that the HTML file does not have the ability to display images.

Changelog:

-A brand new eWardrobe system! Your clothes and appearance have been totally revamped by Kazeto, complete with a shiny new display and interface.

-Over 48,000 words of new content

-Monday and Tuesday of Week 6 are done. Monday alone is almost 30k words. New characters are introduced in these days, minor characters are fleshed out, and a long awaited for TF mechanic finally appears.

-3 new dates with 3 characters in those days.

-Over 100 passages and tens of thousands of duplicate content removed, primarily from Week 1 and the old appearance/clothing system.

-Some old images were redone, and new images were added, bringing it up to 13 renders spread out through Weeks 1 and 2.

Most people will notice that this update is only two in-game days long. I tried to explain it above, but this is because of the need to introduce new characters, develop some old ones, and justify the TF mechanic. I hope that the next update finishes all of Week 6, but it depends on what it takes to write that content.

I hope everyone enjoys the new update!

0.4.65(m) is up with some fixes!

Sure thing! My biggest fear with this game is making content people can't find because it's easy to miss. If a walkthrough/FAQ ever gets made I will make sure to broadcast it everywhere. :)

Thanks for all this info! very helpful.

When you're trying to think of an escape path the game does a $fem check. If your fem is too high it just won't work. So yeah, once your fem is at XXX or higher you won't be able to avoid it on the restaurant path. You can be a high fem tgirl on the store path. Conversely, you could be a medium fem tgirl on the restaurant path and then go all out from thereafter and easily hit high fem pretty quickly. For what it's worth, you don't need to hit every condition to avoid it. Your fem does need to be "medium" and you need to be able to escape (exercise!) but thereafter it's just a matter of which relationships you've cultivated, since the people you surround yourself with affect the way you grow and change.

Whoa, there's more to it than i thought. Cool. My Danni did have trouble thinking of a plan on the restaurant route. I pretty much always go max fem or close to it so i guess that's part of why. Does getting that value to a certain point lock you into the surgery regardless? Personally, i hope there is/will be a 'tgirl' route with high feminization but without the full on gender change surgery (even if it is only "temporary"). But thanks for this info! I'll go back and see what i can do differently.

The surgery is easy to avoid in the store path, but you're locked into it far sooner than you are in the restaurant path. In the restaurant path, try the following: -if your fem is too low you may not have tricked people the way you needed to -if your fem is too high you may not be able to think of a good plan to elude Lisa Baker -make sure you're fit enough to get away (maybe there's a way you can get some extra exercise in every week?) -if you and Val are on (really) good terms that could help -if you are still seeing Jake then 2/3 of the date locations might offer solace, but one is dependent on choices you made during the date and the other is dependent on choices you made that morning I worry it's too difficult to avoid the TF, but I can go back and revise that later to offer an easier escape route.

If you don't mind, how does one avoid the surgery? I choose every no and negative option directly associated with it, but still had to have it done.

Glad you liked it! Piercings, like everything else, has a plan for how to address it. But I agree that the shopping trip does seem like a great excuse to introduce that, and possibly one or two other things.

Hey, loved the new update and I thought it was a brilliant way to address the previous week’s cliffhanger. Very excited to see where things go! If I can throw in my 2 cents, the upcoming shopping excursion seems like a great opportunity to address Danny’s lack of piercings - ears obviously - but maybe with the potential for something more exotic. Also would love to see Danny’s chest take a more prominent role in sex scenes, though I realize that could be a challenge given the variance. Take that for what it’s worth but most importantly, keep doing what you’re doing because it’s phenomal. Great job!

Hi Nope, I'm sorry the new layout wasn't to your liking. Unfortunately, while your directions can be summarized in a paragraph, the workload would be too high. For example, to lock out progression based on outfit, I would need to write an explanation for every scene where you need a specific outfit. Otherwise it would just be a vague "You can't proceed, change your clothes." As someone who struggles with mental illness, I can appreciate that if something is triggering your OCD you wouldn't want to play it. I completely understand why you won't be playing the game in the future. Maybe someday your orders can be implemented and you can continue playing the game at that time. I wish you luck in the future, and I hope you find a game more to your liking! -brick

I like the idea of adding a gui to the eW. The way it is currently woven into the game triggers my OCD though. Imo user interaction with the gui needs to be extracted from the game flow. If you want to direct a user to make a specific choice, instead of restricting his options and showing an inconsistent, constantly changing UI, visually emphasize the choices you are expecting him to make. Simply disallow progression if the user dresses like a whore for church on sunday. This way the eW GUI can remain the same each time a user is confronted with it. Why is 'work outfits' its own element? Add it to the other categories. Getting dressed for work every single day used to be one click, now it's 3. Without much of an added benefit. Consider adding user selectable outfit shortcuts to eW's main menu. Remove all elements that a user will never be able to use. They might add realism to the eW but to the detriment of it's usability. Only display a back button where it is of use. Find a workaround for multi line elements or simply restrict yourself to single lines.

The side-effects of the pills was kind of an example of Danny being unreliable. He's told it's safe, because the person giving it to him is a girl and thinks he's a girl, so he believes it is safe. But his knowledge has a flawed foundation (it's safe for girls, yes, but he isn't a girl). Let's just say that you can go a month or more with no pills, but your chest never seems to get smaller, does it?

I was hoping it was something like that, some people (especially teenaged boys, I bet) think DD is essentially as big as boobs get. Still looking forward to other characters commenting on that stuff. I'm curious with the doctor talking about the male side effects of the tablets, will that lead to anything? One of them was essentially unexpected BE and frankly I'm all about making that happen to poor Danny. :D

We had a Week 1 skip implemented for bug-testers. When the game goes to beta there will be a skip option for the early weeks.

Thanks! I'll post a fix when it's ready.

If I could pitch anything, a way to skip ahead to new content? I use mobile so any time a new version comes out I can't switch my saves over so I need to replay the whole thing and it kind of kills me.

There is still a bug if you take the restaurant route. When you get to the live reading, you end up with: Your outburst comes out during a lull in the reading, so your use of profanity is clearly heard by all in attendance. You lock eyes with Val, and you’re relieved to see that she looks more amused than upset. Still, she gives you a look that says try not to do that again. The live-reading continues on for another hour. The narrative leaps around, usually stopping right when things are at their most interesting. Error: <<if>>: <<else>> must be the final clause There is no way past that :-(</else></if>

I Love Being Anonymous, isn't it great

Fixed in (l).

Someone volunteered to write one a few months back. I have no problem with anyone making one, but it's not high up on my list of priorities right now. But if it helps, the surgery is avoidable in both jobs.

Same, I wish there was a simple wiki or even just a post that explains this and how some choices impact the game

Boomerpyro

By the way, is there a walkthrough of sorts? kinda wnat to play around with it and see if there's a way I can refuse the surgery and all routes etc.

Allen C

Both should be fixed in (k)!

Fixed in (k)! Thanks :)

The text in the game says there is a slutty tattoo. But in the appearance there isn't a tattoo mentioned. I didn't go to the fortune teller.

under version j with the gang. Near the end I get this ..... You knock and open the door at the same time. Lyle’s mother turns to regard you. "Well, well, well." She’s wearing black jeans that are far too tight for a woman of her age. Hell, you wouldn’t want to wear them. She has a long-sleeved fishnet top on, but thankfully a zipped-up black leather vest over the top prevents you from seeing her breasts.Error: <<if>>: bad conditional expression in <<if>> clause: tfboobs is not defined "Come here," she commands you. "I want to get a good look at the new you."</if></if>

Hey brick, few more issues I've found: Trying to play the card game with Benedict and Justine leads to a dead end passage, there's a bad conditional on the page where Janet tells you to strip, and none of the outfit options lead to new page when prepping for the date with Chris. Hope that helps!

Nerina

I was seeing them in my email but was given no way to reply to you. I just got the fix of your previous reports, but I'll do another update once the new bugs are fixed.

Patreons' comment section is a mess with those hidden comments, so I'll repost it as a fresh one: 0.4.65(h) Right before you're dating Chris the wardrobe seems to be bugged. I can select "Casuals", but nothing in that section. "Routines" is available with some errors depending on the answer, you can even go to the date in the Bedtime set: Error: <<getpainted>>: error within widget contents (Error: child tag <> was found outside of a call to its parent macro <<nobr>>) Other than that there are 2 errors after selecting "trust that you’ve done enough" Error: cannot find a closing tag for macro <<if>>Speaking of, you suddenly frown, ... Error: macro <> does not existBack to the matter at hand, later on the date on Tuesday: Error: HTML tag "set" is not closed></if> minor bugs: ice cream eating at home, choosing the outfit "...wear for the evening? You are wearing a ..." typo "Dude, not even two months ago I the most boring person alive." chris text is white "Good, so what’s the problem?" The link got visible cursive tags (< i >) Did I say that? I guess I did. talking about FPS thumbs, the text is bold and cursive: .yellow"Good point."</nobr></getpainted>

We're still revamping the breast stuff, and it will be a work in progress. I understand where you're coming from, but for what it's worth I wouldn't treat Danny as a reliable narrator. His understanding of things is often off track.

So I have minor suggestion. When you get the biggest breast size after the surgery, and go to look at you appearance, it says "You wonder if this is size DD." I'd suggest removing that. I've always found using exact sizes like that leads to disappointment. I was imaging the characters bust size in the G to J cup range based on how people were reacting to it, and the images of other girls, until I read that, and reading that they were "just" DDs felt like a let down.
