Chapter 001 : Progress (Spoilers)

Roughly a month ago, I had shown off about 4 minutes of (almost) completed animation. Here we've got about 8 minutes of (almost, but less) completed animation, with an additional 2 minutes of (very rough) progress.... that puts us at around 10 minutes.
There's still probably another 2-3 minutes to go... so, once again, the length of the chapter is extending. But I'm going to get the audio in and complete the rough animatic to completion, in order to plan this chapter to the last second and have a finalized run time.
Once I do, I'll be posting that last progress. And once THAT is posted, it's a matter of pure "power-through" to complete it.
I know I've said this a million times, but I can confidently state, the subsequent chapters are going to be a BREEZE compared to this chapter and will be much shorter (until I get to parts that require 3D and the road chase scenes... and honestly who knows what other challenges) ... though, some friends of mine roll their eyes when I profess how much shorter the future chapters will be ...
As a first chapter, I really do think it makes sense that it's longer. There's a lot of clues to slip in, ambiguous plot points to lay down, and a general mood to be stay faithful towards.
Once again, the progress (especially after the 7:20 mark) is very rough and missing lots of pieces, but I think you can get a sense of it.
And that's it! I can't wait to finish this. Finish it right. And move on to the short chapters that will eventually introduce our very flawed protagonist and his well meaning Stand.
