When will this come out? We'll soon pick a stopping point in our Suikoden II production to pause and begin working on this miniseries. We're quite a bit ahead so we have plenty of lead time to work with. These episodes will be released as soon as they are done (i.e. the next available Wednesday) and will be available to $5 and above patrons. Everyone is eligible to vote, though!

Chris, considering I can emulate Saturn on my phone I think you will be fine with a PC.
