Believe it or not, we're almost finished recording the Chrono Cross series. It is time.
For season three, we're going with an all-Final Fantasy set of finalists. We've wanted to do a Final Fantasy eventually, and now seems like a good time to go for it. This arrangement is quite energizing for the both of us and we'd be equally happy with any choice. This also gives us an opportunity to cover a game that's a bit more mainstream and accessible before we head back towards some more deep(ish) cuts.
For those who weren't around for season two poll, we use a weighted score to choose the winner. Each patron will have a modifier added to their vote. This time, the modifier will be the number of days that you have been a patron at the closing of the poll. The modifier will be capped at the median number of days of all patrons. If you've already subbed for an entire year, I'll bump your modifier up to the median.
When the poll is complete, we'll apply the modifier and announce the winner. Thanks for your participation in this fair and valid election!
