In the penultimate episode of season one, we're conducting inadequate preparation, incompleting a map, beating up angels, falling through laser tunnels, flipping tedious dungeon switches, observing basement bass, fighting fighting orbs, sealing divine abilities, time travelling to 1999, intershifting dimensionality, breaking our Gears, destroying fate, and killing god. Yes, we have killed god.

48:32 honestly, this is another part of why I can see the subtext for Citan and Fei - that Citan wants Fei to stay, wants to know he won't die so badly that he literally tries to move Fenrir from whatever he can access just to stop him and Bart has to talk him into it... like he *loves* him just as much as Fei loves Elly...
